Accessibility Statement

Montserrat is a wild, volcanic island, and many of our tours involve hiking on uneven ground. We want you to know what to expect so you can pick the right tour for you.

Tour difficulty

Every tour page lists its difficulty, distance, and elevation. Easy tours stay on roads, flat trails, or short coastal walks. Extreme hikes climb steep, slippery, and sometimes muddy mountain trails. If you're unsure which tour is right for your fitness, mobility, age range, or any health condition — message us before booking and we'll guide you.

Driving tours

Several of our most popular tours (including the Plymouth buried-city viewing and the Birds-Eye Tour) are mostly by vehicle with short stops to step out. These are a good fit for guests with limited mobility, older guests, or families with young children.

Vehicle

Tours run in a vehicle, which is not wheelchair accessible. If you use a folding wheelchair or walker that can be stowed, please let us know in advance and we will plan for it.

Children and older guests

Children and older guests are very welcome on driving tours and easy walks. For hiking tours, please check the difficulty and contact us if you'd like advice.
